Fuel Surcharges for Movers Fail to Keep Pace with Gas Prices from MyFoxNews WGHP

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) -- With gas prices near all-time highs, moving companies have begun passing the extra cost on to their customers. But even a government-regulated fuel surcharge isn't enough for many companies. The surcharge, currently at $1.12 per mile, doesn't always keep up with the actual price of gas.
